Do you feel depressed without any reason? It is probably because of your serotonine levels in your brain. You have probably heard of all these antidepressant medications and stuff. But before you feel better when starting to take this medication, you need to eat it for about 2-3 weeks.
And why is that? Well, I dont know but it has something do to with that the brain has to get used to the medication or something like that.

Anyway, I was reading some forums last night and was talking to a doctor. He said that there is some food that will stabilize your serotonine levels without these 2 weeks waiting period.
Some food is better than other of course, the best one is regular potatoes. Amazing huh?

Potato - Serotonine
Yes, this is a potato. Really. :P

Anyway, you should eat a potato by itself, no meat or what so ever.
Just boil it and eat it. That will boost your serotonine and you’ll probably feel better.

Here is a list of good food to eat if you feel depressed.

1# Potatoes
2# Carrots
3# raisin
4# Banana
5# Orange juice
6# Apples
7# Oranges
